Nayi Dishaye public welfare charitable trust was founded in 2023, and it is registered under The Indian Trust Act as a public charitable trust. It evolved with a determination to help marginalized, underprivileged and disadvantaged section of society to find justice, seek basic education and health care facilities and empowering them through various interventions for sustainable and holistic life approach. Nayi Dishaye public welfare charitable trust is committed to help sexual abuse and rape survivor to provide legal aid and therapy through the complex judiciary system.

Our aim is make a significant and positive impact in the areas of education, health care, empowerment of women and girls with special emphasis on survivor of sexual abuse and rape through awareness campaigns, community out reach programs and advocating for effective law and policies implementation.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and empowerment to survivors of sexual abuse and rape, while also focusing on improving education opportunities for underprivileged children and vision-impaired children. We strive to create a safe and inclusive society where survivors can heal, thrive, and find justice, and where every child has access to quality education and the necessary resources to reach their full potential.

We envision a India where every women,child, regardless of their socioeconomic background or disabilities, has equal opportunities to receive a quality education and develop their skills, leading to a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Managing Trustee
Nandinee Jha, Managing Trustee, is a tireless advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and rape, guiding them through the complexities of justice with empathy and determination. With a strong foundation in education and social work, she envisions a world where every child has access to learning and every woman feels empowered to shape her community and contribute to the nation. Her mission is a call to action—to create a ripple effect of kindness and compassion, turning pain into strength and injustice into purpose. Together, she believes we can shine a light for those in darkness, giving voice to the silenced and opening the door to a future where women rise beyond their traumas and reclaim the vast potential that lies within.
Trustee
Parvati Devi, a trustee and birth attendant, has journeyed through profound personal and collective struggles, bearing witness to the pain and strength of women who have survived trauma. Her transformation from burden to empowerment fuels her mission for justice and equality. This website serves as a space of healing, hope, and action—inviting visitors to engage with stories of resilience and become catalysts for meaningful change.
